Important Requirements for All Students
All students (New and Returning) are required to complete the following Forms and Safety Quiz every year.
The Safety Quiz must be completed within the first week of joining the team (You will not be allowed to handle any tools or work with any equipment until you pass the Safety Quiz).
The Student Information Form and Student Contract must be filled out and submitted online within the first two weeks of joining the team.
The Brevard Schools Meeting Permission Form and Student Handbook must be printed, signed and turned in within the first two weeks of joining the team.
The Medical Release Form must be printed, notarized and turned in within the first two weeks of joining the team.
