Kickoff weekend launched our REBUILT prototyping sprint with six parallel pods focused on drivetrain, acquisition, climb, software, scouting, and field build. Each pod now owns a milestone delivery:
- Drivetrain finalized a lighter swerve module machining process that cuts assembly time by 35%.
- Acquisition validated three intake geometries using fiberboard mockups and a full-scale driver station test.
- Programming merged the new pose-estimation stack with Limelight tagging so we can recycle autonomous paths mid-event.
